PestTrapp is the mobile application specifically designed for analyzing images captured via Digital Pheromone Trap, Doktars Internet of Things technology utilized for determining the population density and economical risk threshold.

Digital Pheromone Trap contains a pheromone capsule that lures the pests into the device and captures 2 photographs per day. The device establishes an active internet connection via the SIM card inside the device and sends the photographs captured to the cloud immediately.

Diagnose Pests, Apply the Right Pesticide

The moment density of the population reaches the risk threshold which is set by the help of image processing technology, the user receives alerts by SMS or e-mail, enabling detection of the risk-bearing pests and making effective spraying decisions.
